Today the six members of the current Lui team from the Diocese of Missouri were commissioned and prayed over at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Webster Groves. It was a lovely service, and the team seems ready to go.

There was some last minute weighing of supplies to be sure they're within the kilogram limits imposed by Mission Aviation Fellowship, the group that will fly them from Kampala, Uganda, into Mundri, the nearest airstrip to Lui in South Sudan. They expect to connect with the English members of the team tomorrow in Kampala and with the Swedes on Tuesday (I think) in Lui. 

They will be giving greetings from all of us in the Diocese of Missouri to all our friends in Moruland.
