We will be taking Stephen to the airport, stopping on the way for him to visit a very dear friend who knows both him and Lillian for many years.
It has been a lovely and, we hope, very fruitful visit. Stephen has been on the go from morning until night visiting parishes and meeting people. Bishop Stephen arrived in Salisbury together with 7 other Bishops and the ECS Provincial Secretary to a welcome from the Bishop of Salisbury. He then travelled the final 30 miles to Blackmore Vale Deanery. We are so pleased to welcome him here. He sends you all his greetings.. After his journey he is resting at our house this evening.
The Sudan Church Association in the UK publishes a twice-yearly journal, the 'Sudan Church Review', containing articles about the ECS and its links in the UK. This is an article we wrote for publication in the most recent edition about the sewing classes that Rev Chris Cobb gave in Lui in November 2013.
