Anne Powell visit to St.Louis

Some of the November missioners to Lui gathered together at our home to welcome Ann Powell to the United Stated. Anne was visiting relatives in the Baltimore area from the United Kingdom and stopped in St.Louis to reconnect with friends. This was her first visit to the United States.

Roman Catholic Church in Southern Sudan

I came across this interesting op-ed piece by Nick Kristof this morning - it describes much of the Roman Catholic Church's work in Southern Sudan, and also makes me wonder what we might do to link with other established churches in the area. I am especially interested in their description of a school that trains health-care workers...
